What time is Check-in?
Check-in is possible from 12pm to 11pm. For check-ins after 7pm there is a supplement of €10 to be paid in cash at reception upon arrival. Let us know your arrival time if you plan to check in early, we will do our best to have your room ready.
What time is Check-out?
Check-out time is before 10:30 am.
What time is breakfast?
The breakfast room is located in the reception area and is open from 07:30 am to 10:30 am.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
The reception is open from 7am to 3pm. But our staff is at your disposal by telephone at any time.
What languages are spoken at Reception?
Our staff can assist you in Italian and English.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, we offer luggage storage service. If your room is not ready or if your transport is after the check-out time we can keep your luggage for 3 hours for €3 or the rest of the day for €5
Is there an internet connection?
Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. All rooms also have a wired connection.
What is the closest airport?
Naples International Airport is less than 5 km from our property.
